Malcolm gently placed Lucia inside the car, then returned to the driver’s seat. Lucia felt the telltale pain in her lower body, blushing slightly as the images from earlier flashed through her mind. Maybe it’s been too long… His cheeks burned, unable to even finish the thought. The splash of blush on his face was not lost on Malcolm. He chuckled, reading her thoughts with self-satisfied smugness. Unable to help himself, he leaned down and gave Lucia another quick kiss on her lips.

The car moved slowly along the seaside roads, the engine purring softly with the distant sound of the waves. The journey had rocked Lucia. His eyes closed as his body sagged against the seat. Malcolm drove up to their apartment, his eyes glancing at her from time to time. When the car stopped, Lucia woke up.
