Sophia’s Revenge – Chapter 66

Xander POV

When we turned to head home, I was so out of it, learning that she was in fact my daughter and that she would easily kill her. Regardless of what happened, I wouldn’t let Sophia risk herself and I sure as s**t wouldn’t let Jules kill my daughter. We were about halfway home when there was a bright light and Jules appeared before us holding my daughter on her hip.

“I told you that if you didn’t come with me easily, I would kill this child and you will be the one at fault.” Jules spat out.

he was holding my daughter. I had to wait for her to do something I didn’t want to get ahead of myself and endanger either one of them. Suddenly there was fire around Jules.

I quickly stripped down and crawled into bed and that is when I noticed that her face was red and puffy. She had been crying. I pulled her closer to me and it woke her up. She just looked up at me but didn’t say anything.
