Xander’s POV
I had to give Sophia space. She moved into her old room and stayed there for about a month, but I worked hard to let her know that I love her so much and that I don’t want to lose her and that I have truly learned my lesson and that I won’t keep information from her. Communication started with me, and I had to show her that. It took me some time, but we finally got on the right track and things have gotten so much better.
It’s now been four months since I came home and found Sophia on the floor unconscious. I thought I would lose her. If she didn’t die, I thought she would leave me. After what I did, I didn’t deserve her, but she made it clear that she would give me one last chance, or she would walk out of my life. She is currently sleeping on the couch I moved into my office for her. She is at the end of her pregnancy and so uncomfortable. Once the puking stopped, she started to gain weight quickly. She is going to give me some big strong pups and I can’t wait to meet them. We’ve been working with the witch’s council and also our council. It was a mess at first, but we figured it out. Alpha Nathan has still been helping and we work together to find the rouge kind but haven’t been able to.
