I have had this weird knot in my stomach since I laid down to take a nap. I finally let go of Ryan, too conflicted to fall asleep in his arms and force him to stay there holding me. He is still the Alpha of this pack; he has a lot of responsibilities to tend to that don’t only include the pampering of his mate.
