Mackenna sat at her desk on Monday morning and practiced the grounding exercises her counsellor had taught her. She needed to refocus her mind from the anger she was feeling.

He made no effort to call, contact her or even attempt an apology. Though as Savannah stated this morning, how do you apologize to someone for their family trying to murder you?
